Listen I get it, for years I struggled with my weight and an unhealthy relationship with food. I was constantly dieting, trying every latest fad, only to quit with no results. I was always starting and stopping. I was exhausted. I was confused. Why couldn't I figure this out?
After having my first child in Feb 2020, I took the leap of faith and signed up for school to be a certified health coach. I wanted to educate myself, end the vicious cycle of dieting, and focus on my wellness. Most importantly I wanted to be a good role model for my daughter. I want her to have a healthy relationship with food and her body. For her to understand the impact of diet and lifestyle on both her physical and mental health.
Postpartum, I have lost 60lbs and feel the best I ever have; shifting my whole perspective on food and wellness. It's been a total body and mind transformation. I finally connected the dots between the foods I was eating and how I felt both physically and mentally. I am finally prioritizing my health and well being in a very personalized holistic way.
By incorporating what I learned from school as well as reflecting on what personally worked for me, I developed the 4R Wellness Method, which I now use as part of my coaching.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to be able to help new moms shed the post baby weight and gain energy through easy food additions, simple daily movement, and stress reducing self care.
